Part of my re-incarnation of my "other pet project", The New Complete Proper of the Mass.  Formatted in a pattern similar to The Complete Proper of the Mass, by Koch and Greene (1946/1949, published by McLaughlin and Reilly), but with English text from the Vatican II Hymnal for compatibility with that hymnal.
